The garment I ordered doesn’t suit me. Can I return it?

We understand that it isn’t easy buying the perfect garment online, so if you do find that your new garment isn’t what you thought it would be, please return it to us. We offer an exchange for another garment or a full refund if the garment is returned within 14 days. Please refer to the Our 14 Day Return Policy page for more details.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Within Australia, delivery usually takes between 1-10 working days. All Australian orders are sent via Australia Post E-Parcel service and a signature is required upon delivery. Please ensure you select an address where someone is available during business hours so you can have your purchase as quickly as possible. If for some reason the item cannot be delivered, a card will be left at your assigned delivery address and you will then be required to pick up your parcel at the designated Australia Post Office printed on the card.

All international orders are sent via Australia Post Registered Mail and a signature is required upon delivery. Please allow between 5-10 working days for delivery. Your local post office will contact you when your parcel is ready for collection.

How do I know if an item will fit me?

Due to the nature of our two-way stretch fabrication, majority of Metalicus garments are ‘one size fits most’ which fits a size 6-16 comfortably. Many Metalicus pieces are not limited to a size 16 however as they stretch to fit many body shapes and are ideal for layering. But we can't always guarantee something will always fit. If you are still unsure about the sizing, please see our sizing chart, or call our Customer Service Department on 1300 477 730.

Can I place an order by phone?

We prefer that you place your order through our on-line store as the payment gateway is secure and much safer for you. If you do prefer to place your order by phone, please call our customer service department on 1300 477 730.

I want to order but I don’t have a credit card.

Unfortunately the Metalicus on-line store can currently only accept Visa, Mastercard and AMEX as payment.

Where can I find out more about Love Metalicus?

Below are some Frequently Asked Questions and answers regarding Love Metalicus:

How do I get a Love Metalicus card?

You can sign up in store or online at www.metalicus.com. If you sign up in store you will receive your loyalty card & voucher on the spot in store.

If you sign up in store, the voucher is valid for 4 weeks, from the next day, on your next transaction.

If you sign up online, a card and voucher will be mailed out to you within 2 weeks from the date of sign up.

What if I live overseas?

You must be an Australian resident to become a member of Love Metalicus.

What if I have lost my card?

If you have lost your card please go into any Metalicus retail or Metalicus Myer store to have another one issued.

I don't have or want to give out my email address

To be a member of Love Metalicus you are required to provide a current email address.

This is a condition of membership. We need to be able to notify you of any rewards, previews, special offers or invitations.

Anyone can get a free email address at www.gmail.com, www.hotmail.com or www.yahoo.com

I don't have or do not want to give out my mobile phone number

You don’t have to! This is optional. Sometimes we may need to contact you regarding your membership, so a phone number will assist us greatly. However, we do understand if you don’t want to provide your phone number.

How do I let Metalicus know when my details have changed?

This is very important, especially if your email address changes. You can either go into a Metalicus Retail or Metalicus Myer store and update your details with a team member at the counter. Alternatively the easiest way to update your details is to log onto www.metalicus.com and change your details via the Love Metalicus Login page. Please click on the lost password link if you cannot remember your password and a temporary one will be sent to your nominated email address.

How do I make purchases with my Love Metalicus Card in store?

Simply present your Love Metalicus card at the beginning of the transaction, the team member will scan your card and record the sale against your account.

Can I use my Love Metalicus card in all Metalicus stores?

Yes, you can. You can use your loyalty card in all Metalicus retail and Myer Metalicus stores.

Will my purchases appear on the member website?

No, online purchase history is not available online or in store.

How will I be notified of any bonuses?

Rewards are given to customers who shop with Metalicus regularly using their member card, these bonuses can be issued at any time for a variety of reasons. So keep an eye on your Inbox and the post!

If I return an item will it be taken from my purchase history?

Yes, once an item is returned it is removed from your purchase history and will not be included in qualifying you for any rewards.

Does purchasing a gift card go towards my purchase history?

No.

How long after receiving my $50 sign up voucher can it be used?

You can use your $50 sign up voucher on the following day, after receiving it.

The voucher is valid for one month only.

Can I redeem my Love Metalicus $50 sign up voucher in all Metalicus stores?

Yes, you can. You can use your $50 sign up voucher in any Metalicus retail or Myer Metalicus store.

Receiving emails from Love Metalicus

Please check your Junk folder to ensure that Metalicus emails are not being classified as ‘Junk’ emails. You will need to mark these as ‘safe’ to ensure they continue to go straight to your Inbox.

What do I do if my order hasn’t arrived?

Once the order has been dispatched, your tracking details will be emailed to you so you can track the item online.

International Orders, please check with your local Post Office. Your parcel may be waiting for a signature before delivery.

How much will I have to pay for postage?

We charge a flat rate of $12.50 to anywhere in Australia unless the total is $150 or more, whereby shipping is free. Having a flat fee allows you to order as many garments as you like and still pay the same amount in postage.  

For International orders  the shipping fee will be automatically added onto your account at the checkout depending on your location and weight of order. All international orders of $150 or more are eligible for free shipping.

Will I be charged duties and taxes on my order?

Many international orders are subject to duties and taxes charges. These charges are different for each country, so please contact your country’s local customs department if you are unsure of what charges apply to you.

Metalicus is not responsible for any extra charges that occur after your order has left Australia. You parcel may be held up in Customs at the destination until you pay the taxes owing.
