Can I place an order by phone?
We prefer that you place your order through our on-line store as the payment gateway is secure and much safer for you. If you do prefer to place your order by phone, please call our customer service department on 03 8415 9812.
I want to order but I don’t have a credit card.
Unfortunately the Metalicus on-line store can currently only accept Visa, Mastercard and AMEX as payment.
I saw something that I love in one of your catalogues but it isn’t in store yet. Can I pre-order?
Our brochures do sometimes contain garments that are not available until the next season. If there is something that you love and absolutely must have, please email your request to us at info@metalicus.com and we will do our best to put one aside for you.
I saw a garment in a store but I can’t find it on-line. Do you still have it?
Generally if a garment isn’t showing up on the website it means that we have sold out of it completely. We do occasionally get our hands on more stock though, so please email us at info@metalicus.com with your request and we will try and track one down for you.
How do I know if an item will fit me?
Due to the nature of our two-way stretch fabrication, Metalicus garments are ‘one size’ which fits a size 6-14 comfortably. Metalicus pieces are not limited to a size 14 however as they stretch to fit many body shapes and are ideal for layering.

Can I buy a Gift Voucher on-line?
Unfortunately Gift Vouchers aren’t available on the on-line store at this stage, but they are available in all our retail stores. Please see our STORES page for contact details for our stores. Gift Vouchers can only be re-deemed in our retail stores.
How much will I have to pay for postage?
We charge a flat rate of $8.50 to anywhere in Australia, or $20.00 to anywhere internationally. So that means you can order as many garments as you like and still pay the same amount in postage!
Your delivery fee will automatically be added onto your account at the checkout.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
We generally dispatch orders within 1-2 days from time of ordering. All Australian orders are sent by Express Post, which is an overnight service to most places in Australia. Please allow an extra day if you live in a remote area. All International orders are sent by Australia Post Airmail and generally take between 3-6 working days.
Will I be charged Duties and Taxes on my order?
All International orders are subject to local Duties and Taxes charges. These charges are different for each country, so please contact your local Customs Department if you are unsure of what charges may apply to you.
Metalicus is not responsible for any extra charges that may occur after your order has left Australia. Your parcel may be held up in Customs at the destination until you pay the Taxes owing.
What do I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
Australian orders - when your order was dispatched you should have received a confirmation email which stated your Express Post tracking number. You can use this number and the instructions on the email to track your parcel. If you are having no luck with this, please call our Customer Service Department on 03 8415 9812.
International Orders – please check with your local Customs Department first, your parcel may be held up awaiting Duties and Taxes payment. If they can’t give you any information, please email us at info@metalicus.com
The top that I ordered really doesn’t suit me. Can I return it?
We understand that it isn’t easy buying the perfect garment on-line, so if you do find that your new garment isn’t what you thought it was, please return it to us. We offer an exchange for another garment, or a full refund. Please refer to the Returns & Exchanges page for more details.
