Metalicus.com returns

We understand that it's not always easy buying the perfect garment on-line, and we accept that you may need to return items occasionally.

We are happy to accept returns that have not been worn and have tags attached, and we can provide a replacement or exchange if available, or a refund.

We also guarantee all our products against defects in materials and workmanship.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order. After 30 days, Metalicus cannot accept returns for any reason other than defects.

All returns must be accompanied by a completed copy of the Return/Exchange Form.

To return an item:

1. Pack your item in secure packaging.
2. Download a Returns / Exchange Form

3. Include your form complete with your reason for return and your contact details.

If you have received a faulty garment from an on-line order, please call our Ecommerce Customer Service Department on 03 8415 9812 to arrange an immediate exchange.

Please note: Metalicus.com can only accept returns purchased from Metalicus.com. If you have purchased from another retailer, please contact that retailer directly.
