Warranty Details

Metalicus fabrics are delicate so please follow the instructions on the garment care label. 

If you have received a faulty garment from an online order, please call our  Customer Service Department on 1300 477 730 to arrange an immediate exchange.

If you purchased your garment from another store, please contact the store directly. Metalicus can only accept warranty claims from the Metalicus Concept stores.

All returns must be accompanied by a completed copy of the Return/Exchange Form as well as a copy of the invoice.

To return an item:

1.) Pack your item in secure packaging.

2.) Simply fill out the Metalicus Returns Form supplied in with your order, if you didn't receive a Returns Form, please email us at online@metalicus.com or call 1300 477 730 for a copy of the Returns Form

 3.) When filling in your Returns Form, complete the form with as much detail as possible, for example; complete contact details, reason for return and please include a copy of the invoice or proof of purchase.

4.) If you wish to exchange the item for another Metalicus item, please list what product you wish to swap it over for on the form.
