How do I track an order?

Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email containing a link to the Australia Post website, where the order can be tracked.

Will I be charged duties and taxes on my order?

International orders may be subject to duties and tax charges. These charges are different for each country, so please contact your country’s local customs department if you are unsure if these you apply to you. Metalicus is not responsible for any extra charges that occur after your order has left Australia. Your parcel may be held up in Customs at the destination until you pay the taxes owing. 

What can I do if my order hasn't arrived?

Once the order has been dispatched, your tracking details will be emailed to you so you can track the item online. For all international orders, please check with your local Post Office. Your parcel may be waiting for a signature before delivery.  Alternatively, please contact our online store between the hours of 9am - 5pm either online@metalicus.com  or call 1800 665 509.

Can I use my in-store gift card or credit note online?

Unfortunately the online store cannot accept in-store credit notes or gift cards.

The garment I ordered doesn’t suit me, can I return it?

We understand that shopping online isn’t always easy. You can return an online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund (excluding freight) or an exchange. Please refer to our returns policy for more information. 

Can I change my order after it is placed?

Unfortunately we cannot make changes to orders once they’ve been placed, so please ensure you review all of your details before completing the checkout process.

There is no option to select a size, what does this mean?

The majority of our range is 'one size fits most', due to our unique two-way stretch fabrication. To find out more please see our size chart.

What if I receive a faulty item?

Can I pay using cheque?

Unfortunately we are unable to accept cheque as payment in any form.

Which web browsers are compatible with the website?
Minimum web browsers are:

  •     Microsoft Internet Explorer 8 (Windows), Microsoft Internet Explorer 9 (Windows)

Where can I find the Create Your Look tool?

We were running a trial so we can test the Create Your Look.  The trial has ended and we would like to thank all customers for taking the time to submit their feedback. We will be using your feedback to build a new interactive tool. In the meantime, our friendly store staff can assist you to create your look.
